Singrauli MP proposed sale of coal through e-Auction Scheme – 2007 wherein any
Indian Buyer (viz. individual, partnership firm, companies etc.) can
participate and obtain coal through the process of electronic bidding.

For participation in e-Auction
process, pre-requisite conditions are
(1)Registration:
Prospective Buyers can participate in e-Auction by registering themselves with
the respective Auctioneering Agency as mentioned above,
(2)Deposition
of earnest Money @ Rs. 500/- per MT on quantity of coal intended to bid by
Buyer. EMD is to be deposited by way of
DD drawn in favour of respective Auctioneering Agencies before a day for
conducting e-auction.
(3)
Deposition of earnest Money @ Rs. 400/- per MT on quantity of ungraded crushed
(-) 250 mm size intended to bid by
Buyer. EMD is to be deposited by way of
DD drawn in favour of respective Auctioneering Agencies before a day for
conducting e-auction
